Right to Compensation

It is important to recall that under Article 11 of the February 2005 law:

"Disabled persons are entitled to compensation for the consequences of their disability, regardless of the origin and nature of their impairment, their age, or their lifestyle."

Therefore, each organization is obliged to take the necessary measures to provide access, within a reasonable time frame, to the information and features sought by the disabled person, whether or not the content is subject to a derogation. The possibility of requesting an accessible alternative content must be offered to the user on the help page via an accessible contact method (email address or contact form).

You can help us improve the accessibility of the site by reporting any issues you encounter. To do this, send an email to the Communications Directorate.
