The Executive Master at École Polytechnique enabled me to structure my strategic vision of innovation and deepen my understanding of emerging technologies. Leadership and decision-making simulations strengthened my ability to navigate complexity and rally teams around a shared vision. I chose the Executive Master at École Polytechnique because I was looking for a tech-focused program, whereas most other executive programs are primarily management-oriented. In 2018, in partnership with the Center for Applied Mathematics (CMAP) at École Polytechnique, we launched the #BIGDATA project. The first of its kind in the rail industry, this innovation enabled the development of algorithms to enhance the performance of predictive maintenance for locomotives. I also worked on Track Value, which introduces both a new use case for logistics and a technology leveraging the French Kineis satellite constellation.

The Executive Master at École Polytechnique was a true catalyst in advancing my career. Through the depth and breadth of the curriculum, I developed a comprehensive vision of technological innovation and applied it directly to my professional roles. The program first enabled me to lead the deployment of an industrial 5G strategy within a major international group, and later to transition into a Portfolio and Product Management role, overseeing a strategic portfolio of products and programs in Cloud, Data, and Artificial Intelligence. The multidisciplinary approach and international scope of the program equipped me with the tools to design and implement high-impact initiatives. Finally, the alumni network and ongoing exchanges with my peers continue to fuel my strategic thinking and passion for innovation.

The diversity of profiles in the Executive Master is truly an asset for challenging ideas in a supportive and constructive environment. Following the Executive Master, I co-founded Manitty with a fellow participant from my cohort and a CNRS researcher I was already collaborating with. Since then, we have won the Gerondeau-Safran Prize, joined École Polytechnique’s incubation program, and spent three months in UC Berkeley’s Skydeck program to learn American start-up creation methods in Silicon Valley. Manitty, our start-up, is therefore a pure product of École Polytechnique and the Executive Master—École Polytechnique is even a shareholder through X-Création. None of this would have been possible without the Executive Master! Overall, and especially on a personal level, this program is truly transformative.
